To get the buzz for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince up even more Warner Bros. has announced new downloads for Potter fans using the Firefox web browser. The downloads include new Harry Potter skins and backgrounds
.
There's also a free app from the iTunes Store for iPhone users. Using the new app users can interact with a recreation of Dumbledore's Pensieve which will allow them to unlock Memory Vials and explore an assortment of official Half-Blood Prince content including videos, posters, character information and much more.
Available to download is a free Half-Blood Prince podcast hosted by Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson. In the podcast you will be able to see exclusive Half-Blood Prince clips, the first of which is entitled Being Me Has It's Privileges and shows Harry and Dumbledore leaving on their mission to Voldemort's secret cave!
Finally, a special Harry Potter Retrospective clip is also available on iTunes in which Potter fans will be able to relive the magic of the previous five films.

WB is certainly doing all they can to try and get people interested in seeing the moive all over again.
Just to remind those who missed it. WB has spent 55 million dollars to advertize this movie, that's close to half of what was spent in making it. Is the cost of all this extra advertizing worth the decission to delay the opening just to make more money?????

YES! Thank goodness for Firefox! Mann... wow - I would soo get an iPhone for the sole purpose of using that app. Sadly, I have no money to blow! =( Those clips sound pretty amazing though... I should try find them today!
