That's awesome! The nearest IMAX theater is two hours from me and I hope I can see HBP there, if not, my local theater is just fine with me!

I live in Mexico, and i'm going to the premiere at the IMAX theatre.
By the way: can someone please tell me, howe much does it cost a ticket for IMAX? I see people complaining about being too expensive. Right here in Mexico the ticket are sold in 7.50 USD (that is already converted in us dollars). And for conventional theatres we pay 5.4 USD

Yay!

I live in the UK and the IMAX in London is showing it on 15th.
My boyfriend booked the tickets earlier =D yay!
Then I was reading film reviews and stuff and read that it wasn't being released in IMAX until later on, so got a bit of a shock. But obviously it wasn't up-to-date information.

With the IMax it should be all or nothing. It is not fair that only a few theaters have it to show on the 15th.

I'm seeing the film in the normal cinema tomorrow, then going to the IMAX in Glasgow on Saturday. It's going to be an experience, only been to the IMAX once before and that was like literally about 7 years ago or something... right back when it was the 'new' thing ha.

I saw it at the imax in Sydney today. SO good! The first 10 mins or so is in 3D, including death eater attacks on London. Would have been nice to have the cave scene in 3D, but oh well!

I don't really understand the difference between an IMAX showing and a regular one, so I just went and saw the midnight showing with my friends last night :)

Professor Lexi Lupin: the imax screen is larger than a normal cinema screen, plus they show a portion in 3D (or at least this is the case in Australia). It's really amazing, if you can get the chance to go!

I have not seen this movie in IMAX yet and can't imagine what they would make 3D in this film as the only half decent scene is the cave scene and even that is just half decent. I will have to wait and see what others say. I know however that my opinion of this movie definitely differs for the general public. I did not like it. It was my least favorite and I was so excited for the release.
