Source: Rhymes with Orange
Reader Kylie kindly sent in a scan of today's Rhymes with Orange comic strip, featuring Harry Potter in a desperate search for You-Know-Who in a well-known store (that practices its own form of witchcraft
, if I might add):
Update: Thanks to MuggleNet
for finding the above color version. We still give thanks to Kylie for her black and white scan originally posted!

That's cute! I think the artist deserves at least one "Attaboy" for this one.

I really like to see people stretch fiction to meet reality. Very creative.

Seeing as how I don't like Walmart (for a variety of reasons, not the least of which it has more money than my country's government!) I like this cartoon. I can't see Harry ever ending up in a muggle store like this though... but hey, it's a cartoon!

I'll never be able to go into Walmart again without thinking of this cartoon. In fact if Waldemart is there, I may not go in at all.

Now that's funny! Even though I love Wal-Mart for its great prices on CDs and DVDs, I have become upset because none of my local Wal-Marts carry Harry Potter toys, which I collect. (Though that doesn't stop me from optimistically checking every time I'm near one). Next time I'm in Wal-Mart, I'll be thinking of this!

That is so funny! I like humor making fun of the merchandise (I have written parodies where Voldmeort orders plastic figurines of the characters to torment their "real" counterparts).

Very funny! This is my kind of cartoon! Combining and American institution (Wal-Mart) with something that is becoming an American Institution (Harry Potter). Very cool!

Wal-Mart has a very prominent HP section in their book section. This may be why Harry is looking in the sporting goods section. Does this mean I need to take my wand with me, when shopping?

Hahaa... I like it, very clever! That has to be up there with the "Republicans for Voldemortt" one. WalMart is great, though- it had OOTP for only $16.22 at my store- cheaper than target!

I won't pretend to think this is HILARIOUS, but it's cute and not too cruel towards Harry Potter.
