Gary Oldman returns for 'OotP', Sirius-ly
After weeks of uncertainty and conflicting press reports, Gary Oldman is set to reprise his role as Sirius Black in "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix," his management company confirmed today. Fan site GaryOldman.info posted the news earlier, and in a short interview Oldman's long-time manager Doug Urbanski confirmed it to HPANA, and elaborated on the prolonged ordeal.

No 'Sirius' deal yet, says Oldman's manager
Despite a recent studio statement to the contrary, Gary Oldman has not yet been presented with or signed a contract to appear in "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix," HPANA has confirmed. Rumors over the last few days have circled over the reprisal of his role as Sirius Black in the fifth film from Warner Bros. Oldman's manager says there is no agreement.

Warner Bros. has just confirmed to us that Gary Oldman and David Thewlis will each be reprising their respective roles as Sirius Black and Remus Lupin in the fifth film "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix." Both actors are expected to start filming later this summer. UPDATE: Oldman's manager says no deal yet.

'Prisoner' leads Saturn awards
The Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films announced today that "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" leads the nominations in the 31st Annual Saturn Awards. The movie has been nominated in 9 categories including Best Picture (Fantasy), Best Director (Alfonso Cuarón) and Best Writer (Steve Kloves). Daniel Radcliffe received a nomination for Best Performance By A Younger Actor and Gary Oldman as Best Supporting Actor.

Gary Oldman won't break with SAG to voice Star Wars 3
Fans who had hoped to hear "Harry Potter" actor Gary Oldman in "Star Wars Episode III" will be disappointed to learn that Oldman won't be in the George Lucas film after all. Previously it had been reported that the actor was in talks to do voice work in the movie, but Oldman's management has stated that he won't break with the Screen Actors Guild and work illegally overseas for Lucas.

Memorable meeting with Daniel Radcliffe

Bigger, better 'Sirius' sign post pics
Diagon Alley member and friend Dayna took some nice pictures of the sign post display for "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" at her local theater. She also chronicled her quest to find one of her own: "I asked if there was any way I could buy it and he said they aren't allowed to give them away and most of the time they show up on eBay."

Warner Bros. have released the website for the "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" movie. The page features Gary Oldman as Sirius Black in a very cool Flash animation.
